About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Cluster Manager to join our team. As a Sales Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for managing a cluster of sales teams, leading customer acquisitions, and owning the profit and loss at a cluster level.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead customer acquisitions and manage a team of LCO/ISP partners along with our LCO Manager team
• Contribute to ideas and concepts for furthering the team's objective
• Develop and implement sales marketing strategy for all markets
• Track revenue achievement, occupancy, and conversion
• Participate in all team activities, coaching and mentoring team members

Requirements:
• Prior sales and marketing experience
• Ability to lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Awareness of geographical areas
• Go-getter attitude, team handling spirit
• Strong analytical skills

Education: Any Graduate/MBA/BBA/ B. Com
