We are proud that our sales consultants make a national average of $24.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions
The estimated #all-in pay is $58,000 per year based on a 35-hour work week
Pay will include a base rate of $10.00/hour with uncapped earning potential through commission
We offer paid training and a guaranteed a ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter.  You are entitled to minimum requirements for paid sick leave under appropriate state law if applicable
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date
This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense
Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra
