Are you passionate about cars and great with people? Do you speak Mandarin and enjoy helping customers find the perfect vehicle? Werribee and Western Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our busy Werribee team!
About Us
At Werribee & Western Automotive Group, we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and a diverse range of quality vehicles. We currently feature a large selection of Chinese brand vehicles alongside other popular models; and we’re looking for a talented Sales Consultant to help connect Mandarin-speaking customers with their ideal car.
What You’ll Do
Greet and engage customers with a friendly, professional approach
Provide expert advice on our vehicle range, especially Chinese-brand models
Build rapport with customers and guide them through the sales process
Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up
Achieve individual and team sales targets
What We’re Looking For
Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) preferred but not essential
Passion for automotive sales and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Energetic, motivated, and results-driven
Prior sales experience is a plus (but not essential)
