Roles and Responsibilities

1. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support

2. Have to Coordinate with Clients, understand their needs, & send proposals, follow, and arrange branch visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc

3. Daily follow up with the field force to ensure customer coverage, sales order booking supply and payment collection as per planned objective

4. Utilize the companies resources to develop a proper systems that keeps all the required files/data available digitally on Records & present on the requirements.

Required Skill

1. Must have strong tele sales skills

2. Good Communication Skill & have ability to build interpersonal skills.

3. Skills must need like Negotiation, Confident, Planning & Coordination,CRM,ERP knowledge, and Good Excel /Word

4. Min 1 Year Experienced Preferred. Freshers can also apply

5. Male/Female, but should be ready to work from office.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
