Roles and Responsibilities

Coordination between dealer/customer, executive and factory from order generation to delivery of goods, Organizing way bills and follow-up of C forms,

Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc on SAP).

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Have to Coordinate with Clients, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website & send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc

Coordinate with sales team and clients

Daily submission of Sales MIS, logistic support activities, should be able to do and organize tele sales, redressal of customer complaints, procurement and distribution of promotional materials, scrutiny and clearance of orders placed by customers including credit checking etc.

Daily follow up with the field force to ensure customer coverage, sales order booking supply and payment collection as per planned objective.

Incumbent with 2-3 Years of experience will facilitate processing of enquires / sale orders / any other requests - between HO, Branches and Factory, to ensure efficiencies in booking sales.

Desired Candidate Profile- Female Candidates only ( Age should not be more than 35 years).
