We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive the company’s success. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining client relationships, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This role acts as a critical link between the sales team, clients, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining CRM systems.
• Coordinate and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and opportunities.
• Process sales orders accurately and promptly using internal systems.
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and product information to clients.
• Maintain customer databases and ensure client records are up to date.
• Track and report on sales metrics, goals, and pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues or escalate as necessary.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, or client visits.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product availability with the supply chain team.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., manufacturing, retail, or B2B sales].
• Fluency in [additional language] is an asset.
• Familiarity with sales reporting and forecasting tools.
