Qualification:
- diploma /BE (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING)
JD of Sales Co-ordinator
- Send quotation as per Customers’ RFQ and make subsequent correspondence
- Send Purchase Order confirmation to all customers
- Send Schedule confirmation to all customers
- Send dispatch details to all customers
- Send accounts/billing statement to all customers
- Co-ordinate internally with Dispatch, Tooling and Dev department and other departments as instructed by Head Marketing
- Maintain all Marketing/Sales related data/correspondence as per SOP
- Gather/Co-ordinate for Competitor data/Market Intelligence
- Prepare Marketing data/MIS/Presentation as per requirement
- Maintain all files of Sales/Marketing data as per SOP
- Ensure communication and co-ordination with all Customers in absence of Head Marketing
- ERP data entry related to Marketing/Sales module
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of office management and basic Marketing/Sales principles
- Well organised with customer-oriented approach
- Ability to multi task and adhere deadlines
