Job Role:
Efficiently pinpoint and validate fresh business prospects using diverse channels, including initiating cold emails and leveraging social media outreach. Lead the complete sales cycle, ranging from prospect discovery to finalizing contracts. Exceed monthly and quarterly sales benchmarks and revenue targets. Foster enduring client relationships to ensure exceptional satisfaction and retention levels. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and industry best practices.
Prerequisites:
Established history of accomplishments in B2B SaaS sales, with an emphasis on procuring new business ventures. Showcase exceptional prowess in communication, negotiation, and finalizing deals. Proficient at working autonomously and in a remote capacity. Exhibit strong organizational skills and effective time management. Display tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools.
Compensation Structure:
This role is completely commission-based, which means there is no fixed salary. However, it presents boundless potential to earn, tethered directly to your sales achievements. Our commission structure is highly advantageous, augmented by additional incentives that facilitate the attainment of sales goals and the optimization of earnings.
Commission Breakdown:
Sales Tier-based Commission: As the sales representative attains specific sales milestones, elevated commission rates can be earned. For instance:
Tier 1: Sales ranging from $0 to $100,000 garner a commission rate of 10%.
Tier 2: Sales ranging from $100,001 to $250,000 merit a commission rate of 12%.
Tier 3: Sales ranging from $250,001 to $500,000 yield a commission rate of 15%.
Performance-Driven Commission: Additional commissions can be accrued based on exemplary performance:
Deal Size Bonus: For deals surpassing a designated threshold, e.g., $100,000, an extra 2% commission applies.
Quarterly Bonus: Achieving or surpassing quarterly sales targets leads to a 2% bonus of total sales revenue.
Note: We're introducing a novel incentive of 5% for sales associated with meetings that you secure. This signifies that if you schedule a meeting and another team member finalizes the deal, you will earn 5% of the total sales. Furthermore, in instances where you close deals stemming from meetings scheduled by others, you also receive a 5% incentive based on the sales value
