Job description
WotNot is a no-code chatbot platform enabling businesses to create intelligent, interactive and customizable bots that automate their conversations at scale. We are looking for SDRs in our sales department who can speak with prospects from international countries, build and nurture relationships and book demo meetings with them. The ideal candidate will need to have great communication skills (both spoken and written), be number driven, good at negotiation, great reasoning skills and a passion for technology. Requirements: • 1+ year of experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipelines. • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Familiarity with prospecting and cold outreach techniques. • Ability to quickly learn and understand the features and benefits of the SaaS product. Responsibilities: • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges. • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations. • Utilize various channels (phone, email, social media) for cold outreach to generate new leads. • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and set up appointments for Account Executives. • Research and analyze potential leads to tailor outreach messages effectively. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted lead generation campaigns. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system. • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions to improve messaging and product features. • Participate in regular sales training and professional development activities. • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
