Sales Development Representative

Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to sales efforts
Requirements

Previous experience in sales, customer service, outreach, or communications is recommended
Strong, confident communicator with a naturally friendly and engaging personality
Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone and/or in person
Positive attitude with the ability to stay composed in fast-paced, performance-based environments
Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn based on results
Professional, reliable, and consistent in attendance and follow-through
Willingness to learn, improve, and take feedback quickly

Pay: $750.00-$2,000.00 per week
