We're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Content and Creators (C&C) team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with enterprise CPG clients, focusing on growing investments and promoting our innovative solutions within your assigned territory.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections at all levels within enterprise organizations, focusing on brand management, e-commerce, social media, and procurement.
Drive Engagement: Strategically prospect for new opportunities and engage with executives to uncover their needs and challenges.
Revenue Growth: Partner with clients to create and implement top-notch user-generated content (UGC) and creator strategies that drive revenue growth.
Sales Management: Use sales processes and tools to manage your accounts, target prospects, and provide accurate forecasts.
Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to provide comprehensive support to enterprise clients, coordinating efforts across regional teams within global accounts.
Travel: Occasionally travel within your assigned territory for client meetings.

What We're Looking For

Enterprise Sales Experience: Proven track record of driving growth with major CPG accounts.
Prospecting Skills: Ability to successfully implement land-and-expand strategies and cross-sell opportunities.
Strategic Selling: Experience in value-selling to marketing executives and C-suite professionals.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver formal presentations and engage with senior executives.
Creative Problem Solver: Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a knack for innovative thinking.
Understanding Enterprise Processes: Strong grasp of typical enterprise buying cycles and processes.
Team Player: Collaborative and able to build trust with internal partners to achieve account objectives.

Compensation

\(280,000 - \)310,000 per year
