Job description
Sales & Event Promotion Manager

We are seeking a creative and highly organized event manager to help us develop and execute events that drive business growth and enhance employee engagement. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and delivering events that meet our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage event concepts, themes, and objectives
• Create and enforce event budgets and ensure timely payment to vendors
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
• Coordinate logistics, communication, and operations for all assigned events
• Track event costs, details, and assets
• End-to-end event management for all assigned events

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in event-focused roles
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Strong negotiation and cost management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Will to work longer hours and on weekends/public holidays as needed
• Travel required for some events
