Position: Executive / Asst. Manager / Manager - Sales
Location: Mumbai - 2 Positions
Pune, Nagpur & Ahmedabad – Each 1 position
Requisites:
· Any Graduate/MBA Marketing
· 4 -10 yrs of experience in sales
· Experience from Chocolate/confectionary industry is must.
· Excellent negotiation skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining operations related to business development and Revenue Generation
· Responding to customer complaints and comments.
· Attending and chairing meetings.
· Updating management on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
· Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forth-coming initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing. Monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management.
· Managing stock levels & making key decisions about stock control.
· Order Placing as per need of the production department. Order booking & Target achievement - Follow up and communication with prospective Investors
· Contribute to annual sales / marketing plans, contribute to key- / target customers targeting -Product Promotions, Displays & events Revenue Generation
· New Customer development/New accounts - Identify potential customers, Customer preferences Needs
· Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
