Sales Executive

Responsible for corporate and travel agent room sales for the hotel.Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.Executes and support the operational aspects of business booked.Generating proposal, corporate rate application letter(Writing contract, customer correspondence).Work closely with the sales manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotel.Acquire and develop new business accounts and prepare sales proposals for clients.Represent the hotel in various events and exhibitions.Conduct daily sales calls to corporate clients.Work closely with revenue manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels booking ,near by destinations knowledge etc.

Proven success in a similar role and environment. Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.Attention to detail. Polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality.Candidate must have min 1 years' experience in the same field.Should have a min 1 years’ work experience in any tour and travel firm.Fluency in English and Excellent communication skillsAbility to interact, communicate and negotiate effectivelyKnowledge of domestic travel trendsKnowledge of Air ticketing, reservations & handling large number of Emails.Good Computer skills, handling of CRM software etc.Attending clients on phone and in person for sales and follow ups.Coordination with different verticals like transport, accommodations, Vendors etc.Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors & Clients.Good and sound knowledge of travel itinerary preparation.Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.Performing day-to-day back-end operations.Handle end to end responsibility of Tour operations, hotel bookings, Tickets.
