We are having the opportunity for an experienced and self-driven Tele sales executive to join our team! As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for calling to potential customers to explain and sell the plans & policies.
Job responsibility:Communicate with customers to understand their requirements.Contact prospective customers over the phone and explain to them our plans and our productsPitch the product and complete the transactionUpdate client recordGo the extra mile to increase salesAsking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.Meet call Quality standardsSkills & QualificationsGood knowledge of e-commerce platform is preferred.Good knowledge of Ms- Office.To make the PPT for presentation knowledge is must.Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsGood communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsShould be confident and presentableFreshers are also welcome with good communication skillsExcellent convincing/selling skillsKey skills:
Tele sales, Lead Generation, relationship management, Cold Calling, Business Development, IT sales .
