Enterprise Software Sales Executives Responsibilities:
Generating new leads by cold calling, referrals, events, emails, networking, and more
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsExplain the company's platform and how it will help fulfil the client's needsAble to stay current on products, services, and trendsCollaborate with other departments Skills & Requirements:
"Hunter" who excels at generating and closing new sales
Patience:
Long Sales Cycles (6-12 months)Excellent communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills, and have successfully applied these in an inside sales environment.
Strong Presentation Skills are Mandatory
Multilingual:
Fluent in English & Hindi; other languages such as Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada are a plus
Positive Attitude, High Energy, Drive and Sense of UrgencyExcellent listening skills and ability to persuade — using communication that convey concepts in a creative wayAdept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals Travel:
Business Travel of approximately 75% yearly is expected for this
Position Education:
MBA or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Sales or Equivalent practical experience
