JD for the position of Sales Executive.

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Experience: 1- 4 years.

Roles and responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors within the manufacturing industry.
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, manufacturers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders in the manufacturing industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, operations, engineering, and finance to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, regulations, and market dynamics within the manufacturing sector.
Identify areas for expansion, diversification, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Monitor and track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support business development efforts.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industry trends, and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships withclients and key stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
