Focus on the business development (Sales & Marketing) activities for the group companies
• Responsible for the revenue targets of the assigned vertical (Department)
• Getting more referral business to the group
• Getting leads from corporate clients/sales calls/ Doctor visits/Hospitals Visits/Institutional Visits by explaining about our Geriatric services.
• Ready to travel across the country, if needs out of country also for business meetings
• Maintain the relationship with the stakeholders of the services like labs, pharmacy, ambulance, other consultants, physio clients, transport organizers and ambulance providers
• Ensure the TAT (Turn Around Time) to respond to business leads. Work on individual sales targets with the sales team
• Complete back-end support to all the internal and external team members
• Participate in promotion activities, exhibitions, stalls and weekly activities
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Implements regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans
• Review period reports on sales, design and implement plans to promote the same
