Position: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Job Summary:
• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales deals for our real estate properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and prospect for new clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing them with personalized service and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Present and showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting their key features and benefits.
• Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during property visits to answer their questions and provide relevant information.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all necessary documents and contracts are properly completed and signed by all parties involved.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as real estate agents, marketing professionals, and property developers, to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Provide after-sales support to clients, assisting them with any post-purchase inquiries or concerns.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
• Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
