Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, managing their needs and expectations.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals that demonstrate Shipease capabilities and value proposition.
• Collaborate with the cross functional team to develop strategies and solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competition, and client needs
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and content that support business growth.
• Track and report on sales performance, forecast revenue, and manage budgets.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably from logistics SAAS industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge to identify prospects and high pursuance ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
