The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships within an assigned territory or market segment. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Sales and Customer Acquisition
• Understanding market trends and competitor analysis.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Prospecting and Lead Generation
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
Qualifications
• 0-1 years' quota carrying sales experience
• 12th pass and above.
• Should be ready to travel extensively to cover the entire territory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
