Job Description: Sales Executive
Key Duties & Job Responsibilities:
• Lead Handling: Utilize company-provided filtered leads to generate sales.
• Client Communication: Conduct 3 to 4 calls daily with potential clients.
• Multi-Channel Interaction: Engage with clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• High-Value Client Management: Optionally conduct video calls with high-value clients to secure deals.
• Service Fees Collection: Manage and collect service fees from clients on behalf of the company.
Skills Required:
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi.
• High Energy & Confidence: Exhibit high energy and confidence during client interactions.
• Experience Validation: Ability to confidently discuss and validate past work experiences.
• Writing Skills: Capable of writing clear and concise messages for WhatsApp communication.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in relevant fields.
• Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in insurance sales, banking, tele sales, BPO sales, and ed tech sales.
• Excluded Backgrounds: Candidates from FMCG, field sales, retail sales (malls), customer support executive roles, and credit card/loan processing are not preferred.
Compensation:
• Salary: INR 15,000 to 25,000 CTC.
• Incentives: Additional incentives ranging from INR 5,000 to 10,000.
Equipment Requirements:
• Hardware: Candidates must have their own laptop and an Android phone. If using an office laptop, a deduction will be applied.

• Primary Location: B-33, Noida Sector 2, 201301
• Flexibility: Immediate joining available both in Noida and for Pan India roles
