Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at House it now located in Thane. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including prospecting, lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. Qualifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven experience in sales and business development • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients • Self-motivated and target-driven • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
