Job description
As a Bench Sales Executive, you will actively promote sale our company's technology staffing solutions to both new and existing customers within a geographic region. Your role will involve expanding and retaining existing business by delivering targeted solutions. You will also prospect for new business opportunities, deliver compelling presentations, and finalize deals with new and highly paid accounts to drive increased revenue and achieve technology staffing sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to the company’s sales process while executing sales tailored to meet the business needs of existing customers, with the goal of achieving established business objectives.
Implement sales plans that align with corporate goals.
Meet or exceed annual sales quota targets within the assigned territory.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities as required.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Client Solutions and internal subject matter experts to execute strategies for new business development, expansion, and maintenance of existing accounts.
Proactively engage in professional development to stay informed about industry trends and changes by utilizing industry resources and company literature.
Participate in mandatory sales training to maintain a consultative sales approach.
Deliver professional presentations to both new and existing customers.
Conduct sales activities, including meetings with executives (C-Suite) and operations managers.
Be willing to work extended hours as necessary to meet sales targets.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
How to be Successful with Us - Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 2+ years of progressive sales experience within the assigned territory and market.
Demonstrated success in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively engage with current and prospective customers.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficient in strategic and consultative selling techniques, with the ability to interpret industry trends and competitive information to develop responsive strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly creative, focused, and disciplined.
Strong interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
