Position Overview:The Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, frominitiating client conversations to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven trackrecord in sales, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handlesite visits to attend clients effectively.Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meetand exceed targets. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads throughvarious channels. Client Engagement: Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Conductmeetings, presentations, and site visits to address client needs. Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including leadqualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships withclients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Provide excellent post-sales support and address any issues or concerns. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports formanagement.Skills and Qualifications: Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a strong trackrecord of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, withthe ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships withclients and colleagues. Site Visit Capability: Comfortable and experienced in conducting site visits and engagingwith clients in person. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.
