Spear’s, a multi-award-winning wealth management and luxury lifestyle brand, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Luxury Sales Executive to join our esteemed sales team in London.

At Spear's, we cater to an exclusive audience of HNW (High Net Worth) and UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) individuals, as well as key players in the private client sector. Renowned for our iconic quarterly publication, the prestigious Spear’s 500 annual edition, and a rapidly expanding portfolio of high-profile events and digital offerings, we offer a unique platform to engage with the luxury market.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Luxury Sales Executive will:
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with high-profile clients across the luxury sector, including Hotels, Super Yachts, Private Aviation, Jewellery, Watches, and other lifestyle brands.
• Drive significant revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and broadening our luxury client base across print, digital, and event platforms.
• Oversee the development, execution, and performance tracking of bespoke advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Deeply understand the Spear’s brand, audience, and the luxury market to effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to deliver integrated solutions that resonate with the Spear’s brand vision and strategy.
• Confidently engage with C-Level executives and key decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions to meet their strategic needs.
• Maintain and update the CRM system for accurate tracking of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
Skills and experience
• Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury media or advertising sector, with a strong track record in sales and client management.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing end-to-end sales processes, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of the luxury market, high-net-worth consumers, and the competitive landscape.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-platform advertising campaigns focused on delivering client objectives.
• Confidence in attending and networking at luxury industry events, both in the UK and internationally.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and a sales pipeline.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment and contributes positively to team goals.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about luxury sales, with the initiative to take on challenges and excel.
• An excellent networker with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
