XIRCLS is looking for energetic Type A sales specialists to join us as partners and help drive sales of our company’s various marketing technology product offerings.
Since our martech solutions can be implemented by companies across major industries, anywhere in the globe, you will have a free hand over generating sales and building a client base across e-commerce/retail, media & entertainment, food, travel & hospitality, software/apps, automobiles, aviation, fintech & healthcare and beyond.
Responsibilities:
● Thoroughly understand the product/s & pricing through reading, research and discussions with the team
● Identify & qualify leads within your own network and beyond
● Coordinate and follow-up with prospective clients over calls and virtual meetings
● Close deals, assist in onboarding clients, educate them about product features
● Work closely with the product team to ideate on new sales strategies & their implementation
Requirements:
● Past sales experience mandatory
● Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Exceptional verbal / written communication and presentation skills
● Proactive and taking initiative
● Single-mindedly driven to achieve targets
Compensation Structure:
This is a commission-based role with no fixed compensation and flexible working hours. Our commissions are attractive and will be earned when the leads you generate convert to paying clients.
