Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves promoting and selling our bespoke acoustic solutions to a wide range of clients, including architects, interior designers, construction firms, and end users. We’re looking for someone with a passion for design, a keen interest in sales, and a desire to transform spaces with superior acoustic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Actively seek new business through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on our products and services to prospective clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on product design and features based on customer insights and market trends.
• Carry out site visits, prepare estimates, and design customised acoustic solutions for clients.
• Stay informed about industry developments to offer innovative and tailored solutions.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, or a strong desire to develop a career in sales.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong understanding of marketing, negotiation techniques, and client engagement.
• Fast learner with a genuine passion for sales and design.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
