This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. Via email n/ Phone call / Virtual & Physical Meeting

Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients Via email / Phone call / Virtual & Physical Calls

Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking all client interactions and sales activities.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to placement.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
