About The Role
In this role, you will contribute to the growth and success of events by meeting and exceeding sales targets and developing and nurturing positive existing and new relationships internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities Include
Business Development – Proactively reach out to potential new clients through cold calls to generate new business leads
Client Relationship Management – Act as the main point of contact for exhibitors, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
Sales Negotiation – Negotiate with clients to secure partnerships and maximise participation at events
Post-Sales Support – Provide ongoing support to exhibitors after securing sales to ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement
Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of the event and that client needs are met
Monitor and Meet Sales Targets – Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic planning and engagement.
About You
Results-Oriented – You are driven by targets and achieving measurable success, with a proactive approach to closing deals and securing client partnerships.
Strong Communicator – You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, which are essential for building relationships, negotiating, and presenting effectively to clients.
Relationship Builder – You have a natural ability to establish rapport and build long-term client relationships helping you thrive in managing exhibitions and keeping stakeholders engaged.
Strategic Thinker – You can see the big picture and devise plans that align with the company’s goals, while also being detail-oriented when executing those plans.
Self-Motivated – You are self-driven, take initiative, and can work effectively autonomously, and with a team.
