Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore HQ

Qualification: Engineering (Fresher or 1-2 Years of experience)

Job Description: OpsPod, an automotive technology company revolutionizing the automotive and transportation sector, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to the growth of our business. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, implementing sales tactics, engaging with customers, coordinating with internal teams, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer relationships. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Analysis: Determine monthly unit sales plans by implementing effective sales tactics and analyzing market trends and results.
• Reporting: Develop and implement processes to ensure timely generation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Customer Engagement: Execute field sales action plans, engage in cold calling activities, and implement sales programs to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
• Coordination: Interact and cooperate with internal company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Negotiation: Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand, while effectively negotiating deals to maximize sales.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by working closely with the internal team, sharing insights, and leveraging collective expertise.
• Sales Cycle and Planning: Lead generation, conduct product demos, and close deals while effectively managing the sales cycle. Stay up-to-date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors to maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with customers.
• Desire to Work in a Tech Startup: Passionate about working in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
• Agility to Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to meet customers and attend industry events.
• Software Knowledge: Familiarity with software solutions and the ability to understand and explain technical concepts to customers.
• Building Relationships with Customers: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Selling to Customer Needs: Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and address customer pain points and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Date of Joining: Immediate

Salary: INR 2,50,000/- LPA onwards + Incentives
