Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Caller / Sales Person. The executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team to follow up. There will be a sales target for this role.

The role is based in Pune but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Marathi and Hindi languages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
