This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Inside Sales Manager (B2C) at HeyCoach in Bengaluru. The role involves tasks such as managing inside sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, managing accounts, and driving sales strategies.

• Customer Satisfaction and Account Management skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
