• 1.Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately tomake sales
• 2. Maintaining and developingrelationships with existing customers in person viacalls
• and mails
• 3. Coldcalling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospectfor new
• business
• 4.Responding to incoming mails and phonequeries
• 5. Acting as a contact between acompany and its existing and potentialmarkets
• 6. Negotiating the terms of agreementand closing sales
• 7. Gathering market andcustomer information
• 8. Representing theorganization at trade exhibitions, events anddemonstrations
• +. Negotiating on price, costs,delivery and specifications with buyers andmanagers
• 10. Advising on forthcoming productdevelopments and discussing specialpromotions
• 11. Creating detailed proposaldocuments
• 12. Liaising with suppliers to checkthe progress of existing orders
• 13. Checkingquantities of goods on display in stock
• 14.Recording sales and order information and sending copies to thesales office or
• entering into a computersystem
• 15. Reviewing your own salesperformance, aiming to meet or exceedtargets
• 16. Making accurate, rapid costcalculations and providing customers withquotations
• 17. Attending team meetings andsharing best practices with them
• EducationalQualification:
• Bachelor in Engineering,Business Administration or Tech.
