Our approach involves events, in-store promotions, and pop-up shops to create meaningful connections with the public.
Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will take charge of driving sales, building relationships, and leading efforts to promote our clients' initiatives effectively to maximise public engagement.
Responsibilities
• Lead sales efforts at various events, pop-ups, and retail locations by engaging with potential supporters.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the public and potential donors.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and optimise sales tactics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance promotional campaigns.
• Provide detailed sales reports and insights to management for continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in a sales role, particularly in a face-to-face environment.
• Must not have applied to T+-Specialist within the past 30 days.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
