Job Description
• Having knowledge of Third-Party AMC (MVS), Managed Services, Professional Services & FMS service sales.
• Knowledge about AMC post warranty of IT requirements, Third party multi-vendor support.
• Knowledge about FMS deployment of IT resources at various site. Field Sales experience.
• Having strong knowledge of sales process (Lead generation / Identification /Validation /Qualifying /selling).
• Mapping our services to customer requirements, converting prospects into pipelines through proper follow up.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Reaching the C-level Executives, IT Managers, Purchasing Department, Procurement -Department, Sr. Buyers through Email campaigning and cold calling.
• Establish new client relationships through excellent networking and prospecting techniques via research-based tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn etc.
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
• Generating new accounts and mapping them.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Account Management acquired and assigned.
• Achievement of Targets for - New Customer Additions, New Order Bookings, Revenue-Billed.
• Rolling in more business & revenue for the firm.
• Having the tracker of closed deals and sending of daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports on the work to the Manager.
• Should carry out entire sales cycle.
• Achieving targets.
• Should have good communication / presentation skills.
