DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Associate Account Executive to help us build up our business activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

1. Identify and research potential customers in global markets.

2. Generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.

3. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential market segments and target customers.

Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling:

1. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.

2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their specific challenges.

3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to uncover customer pain points and align our products/services with their requirements.

Relationship Building and Account Management:

1. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

2. Develop a deep understanding of customer businesses and industries to provide effective consultation and support.

3. Manage and grow existing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and providing excellent customer service.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:

1. Lead negotiations with customers to secure favourable terms and pricing agreements.

2. Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential clients.

3. Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

1. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

2. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

3. Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings and market positioning.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, interactions, and sales pipeline.

2. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and provide insights to the management team.

3. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and action plans
