• Should have good communicating & convincing skill.
• Ability to work in team.
• Responsible for handling all customers inquiries.
• Day to day interactions with the customers to share multiple project details.
• Communicate with client to identify their requirement and choice of property
• Convince clients on projects and maximize site visit opportunities.
• Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing New Leads, Clients and Customers.

• Achieve weekly, monthly sales and client retention targets
