Job brief
• Create diverse quality Content supporting sales and marketing efforts (Sales Collaterals, Marketing Ads, Customer sales & service comms, Website Content, Blogs, Social Media content, Viedos, Educational, Investment opportunity pitch decks, etc.) internally and in partnership with agencies
• Develop a greater understanding of Customers via customer research, customer interviews/feedback, Net Promoter score, customer satisfaction, etc.
• Oversee Brand development & voice, brand values and positioning in the market
• Public Relations management including webinars/events/conferences
• Own the company's marketing goals
• Become an expert on our customer acquisition channels, funnels and marketing stack
• Creative content writing skill for financial products
• Lead the charge on building a data-driven culture, including instrumentation and attribution
• Work closely with all the external teams including product & tech, investment, finance, and sales teams
• Creative thoughts process for new era of social media management
