Job Description Sales Officer/ Sales Executive/ Sales Manager (B2B) Own Conveyance Must:
The sales officer will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of sales for the allocated location. He/she be able to build and maintain long-term customer relations. He/she would be required to develop and implement effective sales strategies and sales targets & prepare and present accurate and detailed sales reports. He/she should also have an excellent sales record & should be sales-driven and customer-oriented individual. His/her ability to handle customer requests professionally and in a timely manner will be advantageous.
Responsibilities :
• Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers
• Addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisions
• Maintaining an accurate and detailed record of all sales
• Assisting in the development and implementation of sales targets
• Collaborating with the Marketing department to implement various promotional activities
• Making cold calls to attract potential customers
• Developing effective sales strategies by visiting Retails Stores, Malls, Supermarkets and create a visibility of the product in the respective stores
• Collaborating with the Sales Representatives from other territories as and when required
• Implementing effective sales techniques in the assigned territory to increase company sales.
Requirements :
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Lead, Senior Sales Representative or a similar position in the retail market, Stores, Super markets
• Complete knowledge of various sales techniques and developments in the sales industry
• Holding an impressive track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to offer excellent customer service
