Objective of the Role: The Sales Head (Residential Schools) is responsible for overseeing and leading the sales operations within their designated geographic zone. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives within the assigned region. The Sales Head (Residential Schools) is also responsible for fostering relationships with key customers, identifying market opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of his segment. Job Role: Head of Sales - Residential Schools Location: Bangalore, Gurgoan. Immediate joiners preferred Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for someone who has a proven field sales experience into Residential School. Experience in creating a sales team and responsible for generating leads and close the admissions If you have prior experience of doing admissions for private universities, you are the one we are looking for Go getter attitude, shall have hands on experience in B2B Sales Should be open to travel PAN India to set-up sales team and make it profitable Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate key markets. Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention. Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities. Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization's goals. Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth. Investigate factors impacting sales performance. Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field Minimum 5 to + years of work experience in field sales Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ,
