What you will do:
As a Sales Intern, you will support our sales team in driving lead generation efforts, building relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to Workvivo’s continued growth in the employee experience space.

Your main duties will include:
Supporting the generation of new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts.
Proactively identifying, researching, and engaging potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Scheduling and conducting initial outreach to qualify prospects for the sales team.
Meeting daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for outreach and demo bookings.
Generating interest in Workvivo through outbound cold calling, email, and LinkedIn engagement.
Participating in daily/weekly sales meetings to share insights and optimize prospecting strategies.
Identifying the needs and challenges of prospective clients and aligning Workvivo's value proposition accordingly.
Collaborating with Account Executives to set up high-quality sales meetings and demos.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to Workvivo’s overall business growth.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
1-2 years of professional sales or business development experience; OR are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
Prior experience in client-facing roles, sales, or retail environments.
Experience making outbound calls, handling objections, and qualifying leads.
Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
A go-getter personality and a positive attitude.
Motivation for meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
The ability to work under pressure and in a highly results-driven environment
Passion for sales and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Previous experience with Workvivo is a plus.
