Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the success of our sales team by ensuring they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles

Develop and implement sales training programs to support the growth and success of the sales team
Coordinate and schedule training sessions for new and existing sales employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and materials
Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and provide recommendations for improvement
Monitor and track the progress and effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments as needed
Plan and execute company events, such as product launches, trade shows, and customer conferences
Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and oversee event logistics
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop event themes, content, and marketing materials
Coordinate event registration, attendee lists, and other event-related databases
Communicate event details and logistics to attendees, speakers, and staff
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and according to plan
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and make recommendations for future events
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sales training and event management
Maintain accurate records and reports on training and event activities
Support the sales team with any additional administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars
