Project Role Description : Deliver sales plan and grow sales team. Deliver the sales plan working with the leadership teams and CALs within their CG, MU, Market or Services.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: As a Sales Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering the sales plan and growing the sales team. You will collaborate with leadership teams and CALs to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in Pune. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets effectively. - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Planning & Forecasting. - Strong understanding of market analysis and forecasting techniques. - Experience in developing and implementing sales plans. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales Planning & Forecasting. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
