Job Description
• Setting up channel an distribution network and overseeing the onboarding process.
• Managing Distributors and channel partners.
• Driving and delivering sales performance and profit returns.
• Responsible for day to day operations of allotted Region.
• Customer experience management.
• SOP adherence, Shrinkage control, and Operational Excellence.
• Develop new streams of business thru Outreach and Institutional customers.
• Identifying location opportunities, business development and project implementation for Design and Build customers.
• Implement Marketing and sales promotion activities and visual merchandising.
• Monitoring conditions and trends within the local markets.
• Retail expansion, modification, new store planning and execution.
• Training and development of retail teams. Manage within a budget and motivate employees to support the overall organizational culture.
• Provide/ organize sales support, monitor status, and ensure achievement on a sustained basis.
• Ensure prompt follow -up with customers for orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, problem resolution, etc.
• Work with partners, vendors, company’s engineers to ensure customer’s needs are met.
