PROFILE : Sales Manager
Minimum experience: 3-4 years
Qualification: Graduation ( preferably Life science graduate)
Prerequisite: Preferable if have experience in selling OT related capital Equipments( Electro surgical unit , Camera System ) and Laparoscopic Hand instruments to Gyne . GI & ONCO surgeons
Location: a. Chennai b. Cochin c. Bangalore d. Hyderabad e. Pune
Preferable if they have experience is selling Electro surgical unit or endoscopic camera system( Surgery ) and Laparoscopic Hand instruments to GYNE, GI & ONCO surgeons.
Compensation: 7 Lacs ( Fixed) + Variable
Job Description
Development and execution of comprehensive sales plan to meet companies sales objective and optimize market opportunities.
Tactical planning and execution of sales strategies.
Manage sales call ,sales leads and Demos with hospitals/surgeons.
Build relationships with the Key opinion leaders.
Provide product technical support in Operating Theatre cases.
Update sales report on daily activities/events to the management.
Develop Channel partners and work together in achieving the common sales goal
Building and maintaining your own regional network.
Achieving set commercial Objectives.
Visiting the target group of customers.
Prepare monthly sales forecast and take necessary actions to minimize the impact on monthly sales in case variation.
Develops and maintains product line technical expertise and contacts with key surgeons and customers of product responsibility by observing surgery, attending medical/scientific meetings, presentations, and seminars while gathering competitive information.The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
• Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Qualifications
• Previous account management experience
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
• Willingness and ability to travel
