Job Purpose and Impact
The Sales Manager will, with guidance, sell directly to the customer or business purchaser or indirectly through various channels. In this role, you will conduct sales with new and existing customers, assist in evaluating customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for achieving annual sales target for the portfolio.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationship with customers to bring customer perspective and customer insights inside the organization.
• With guidance conduct market research and pricing, sales and merchandising activities.
• Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
• Protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
• Support business growth by disseminating favorable information about the organization and its products and services.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• BE in Chemical or equivalent
• Minimum of six years of related work experience
• Good working experience in industrial sales.
• Should having commercial experience in Oleochemical/ Specialty chemical industry
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
