We are looking for a Sales Manager who will embark on an exciting journey with us to grow the CX enterprise solution business in domestic region. This role demands excellent communication skills and sales techniques with a customer-oriented mindset.

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

- Meet and exceed sales targets by directly closing target business accounts

- Develop a strong direct touch sales pipeline, focused on the different vertical

- Understand client needs and requirements.

- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads and drive business meetings in the field.

- Accurate account and pipeline management with professional-level of forecasting

- Expertly demonstrate value proposition and benefits.

- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close working with the team

- Support the learning and development of the sales team

- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

Requirements :

- 4+ Years of experience in enterprise product (SaaS) sales/ Software Sales

- Experience in India region is a must

- Experience in CX and/or market research platform is preferred

- Excellent in communication skills and corporate sales techniques

- Self-starter who can work independently and learn with the team

- Experience managing sales teams

- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
