Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Indore. The Candidate will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets within Ocean and Air freights industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the logistics and shipping industry.
Responsibilities
-Conduct market research to identify new prospects and analyse market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team like Ops, marketing for Lead flows.
- Timely Reports pertaining to Prospecting, Sales, Clients Requirements
- Travel within City and occasionally outside the city for client meetings and industry events.
• Drive export sales by actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, agents, and other relevant stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Identify ways to market expansion and target new Domestic & International markets for ReliedCorp Services through market research.
Requirements
• Master’s/Bachelor's degree in in Marketing preferably Logistics/Shipping or related Industry.
• Preferably 2 years experience in Sales within Logistics/Shipping industry or related Freight Forwarding field.
• Strong understanding of the logistics and shipping industry, including knowledge of NVOCC operations and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English and local language is required
