Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. They will lead a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service and success. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns. Qualifications • Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success • Experience in the IT industry, preferably in enterprise software solutions • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics
